RFQ Details

I am in need of a printer for a book of the following specifications:

-Book size A5 or Slightly Bigger
-Full Colour Printing Throughout
-200 Pages (100 Sheets)
-Wire-O Bound or Similar
-Die-cut Index Tabs to Separate Book Sections (1st Choice)
-OR Bleed to the Edge of the Book to Separate Sections by Colour (2nd Choice)
-The book will be a heavy-use field manual so the pages should be durable, possibly coated? Looking for advice on this aspect.
-Delivery to Sydney, Australia Post Code 2069.
-Quantities to quote: 250, 500, 1000, 1500

The book should be able to lie flat and/or fold back on itself. The cover must be durable.
